Multiple Teams · SC Tennis & Soccer Grab #1 Seeds: Baseball #2 Seed Draws Bye

GIRLS SOCCER
The Statesville Christian Girls Soccer team has been quietly going about it’s business without much fanfare, much like their head coach, keeping their eyes on the prize of a SPAA and NCIAA championship.  They took a big step today when they nailed down the number one seed in the upcoming SPAA tournament.  Behind a 8-0-1 record the Lady Lions will receive a first round bye and then host both the semi final and championship games here at Statesville Christian should they advance.

SOFTBALL
The Statesville Christian softball team is currently 10-3 and finishes the season on Tuesday night May 3 against Calvary Baptist Day School and hope the solid record is enough to qualify for the upcoming NCISAA.  There is no SPAA tournament for softball as only Hickory Christian and Statesville Christian have softball teams in the SPAA.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL SCS SPRING TEAMS ON A GREAT SEASON SO FAR AND GOOD LUCK IN CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK AND TOURNAMENT PLAY!!
